FEEDING PROGRAM
Wesleyan University-Philippines National Service Training Program-Civic Welfare Training Service (WUP NSTP-CWTS) launched its Feeding Program as part of the school’s Community Outreach Service to the community.
The program aims to provide and feed nutritious food to the children of barangay Sta. Arcadia Cabanatuan City Philippines. The feeding program was launched last November 28, 2009 initiated by NSTP-CWTS student composed of about more or less 100 students who prepared nutritious food for 30 children.
A short program was held prior the feeding activity with our kind and intelligent professor Mr. Mario Esteban expressing his gratitude for the effort done by the NSTP students of WUP. The activity was likewise supported by the local officials of the barangay through their cooperation when we were in that place. The next feeding program will be held by COE students next week.
